Can someone tell me why it is; if you call in an order 20 mins before you get to Windsor and it still takes another 25 minutes to get your order. What's the point of calling in an order. This is not just a one time occurrence it's every time.

Every time I come home I just have to go to lil Mint and get me 2 chicken legs and a bowl of coleslaw. I love this place. Oh yeah with a Pepsi.

The BBQ here is amazing--I usually don't like NC BBQ because it's too vinegary. But Little Golden Skillet's is PERFECT. Their BBQ blend is savory, hush puppies were nice and soft on the inside, apple fritter was freshly fried and flaky. Found this place by accident on a long trip and would absolutely like to eat here again.

My family has been eating fried chicken from here for years...back when it was Little Mint. It is true that the chicken is greasy, but otherwise their chicken tastes quite good. Do not go for atmosphere or a nice place for the family to dine out. The place is in serious need for physical upgrades. But if all you care about is the food, then it's fine.
